• Cancellation of Subscription: Subscribers to our ongoing programs have the option to cancel their subscription at any time. Refunds for the remaining subscription period may be considered on a case-by-case basis.

 

2. Non-Refundable Items

Certain items and situations are non-refundable, including:

• Completed Courses: Once a course is completed or a substantial portion of it has been accessed, refunds will not be issued.
